As part of its technological upgrade and commitment to advancing the circular economy, six AGENSO systems were installed at EYDAP’s Wastewater Treatment Centre.
More specifically, an AGIoT-0087 weather station was installed to monitor weather conditions in real time. In addition, five AGIoT-1571 systems were deployed to automate the irrigation of EYDAP’s crops. Irrigation can be remotely monitored and controlled through the ardeusi.gr platform, enabling efficient scheduling and optimised water use.
The crops are irrigated using reclaimed water obtained following wastewater treatment and purification. In this way, the systems promote water reuse, improve the management of water resources and support the practical implementation of circular economy principles.
